Unfortunately, as people business is getting multiplied, it is very normal to see they do not have times to prepare the breakfast. Surprisingly, some of them choose to skip the breakfast because they do not want to be fat. They think by skipping breakfast, the body will burn the fat as the substituent source of energy. In fact, people will feel weak, look pain, and do not have a passion for doing all things. Actually, it is such a bad condition that people should pay attention to this matter seriously. However, letting the stomach empty from food, it will make the production of gas increases significantly. Moreover, when this thing becomes a habit, for further terms, it could damage the body system. Hormone system can be affected badly as they can lose hair or having random menstruation cycle.

If they do not have times to prepare, they can take meals from the store along when they walk to the office. Meanwhile, the tea or coffee can be drunk to boost the moods. Caffeine that is contained both in coffee and tea will open the breath system. Everything can be taken unless they do not let the stomach being empty.
